You can manage all your personal account preferences by selecting Edit profile from the top profile menu.
Your name
To update your display name, enter your preferred name under Your name and select Save name. This is the name your teammates see across the dashboard.
Your email address
- Under Email, select Change email.
- Type in your New email along with Your password to verify the change.
- Check your inbox and open the confirmation link Bienvue sends to your new address. Your account email remains unchanged until you click that verification link.
If you attempt multiple email changes in rapid succession, Bienvue will ask you to wait a few minutes before sending another verification link.
Language
The Language setting adjusts the language used throughout your personal admin dashboard. It does not alter the language shown to guests on their TVs or phone guides; to customize guest-facing language, set the Default guide language in each property's Settings. Check out Property settings.
