Your team includes everyone who helps run your properties, such as a co-host, a property manager, or a cleaning team member who updates checkout cards. Inviting team members is available on paid plans, while the free tier is designed for a single user.
Invite someone
- Open Organization settings and navigate to the Team tab.
- Under Invite by email, type your teammate's email address and assign them a Role. See Roles.
- Select Send invitation.
Bienvue sends them an invitation link by email. Any pending invitations appear in the Invited list, where you can select Resend or Revoke at any time.
Accepting an invitation
When your teammate receives the invitation, they open the email link and sign in or register using the exact email address where the invite was delivered, then select Join. If they already manage their own separate Bienvue organization, their existing account remains untouched, and they can toggle between organizations using the profile menu.
How many people
A standard organization team supports up to 5 people, including any pending invitations. The dashboard shows your active usage, such as "3 of 5 members". If your operations require a larger team, write to us at support@bienvue.com.
Remove someone
Select Remove next to any team member. They lose access to all organization properties immediately. If you ever need them back, you can send them a new invitation later.
If it doesn't work
- "Inviting your team comes with a paid plan": team access requires an active paid subscription. See Plans and pricing.
- "Your team is full": remove an inactive member or revoke an old invite to free up a seat, or email support for a limit increase.
- "They already have an invitation. Resend it instead.": select Resend next to their existing pending invite.
- The invitation link says it's for a different email: they are signed in under a different account. Select Sign out and switch, and log in using the invited email address.
- "This invitation may have expired or been cancelled": send a fresh invitation from the Team page.
- "… is on the free plan, which is for one person": the organization downgraded to the free tier before the invitation was accepted. Resume a paid subscription so your teammate can complete the signup.
