Can't sign in
- Forgot your password: select the reset link on the sign-in screen to set a new password. See Sign-in methods and your password.
- You signed up with Google or Apple: click the matching Google or Apple button to log in. You may not have set up a password yet.
- Lost your authenticator: select Use a backup code on the login screen. If you do not have any backup codes left, an organization owner can reset your two-factor credentials; if you are the sole owner, email support@bienvue.com for help.
- Too many attempts: pause for a minute before trying again so the temporary security cooldown clears.
- "Verify your email to access your dashboard": open the confirmation link sent to your inbox, or request a new one from that verification screen. Your TV screens and guest links stay active in the meantime.
- Account scheduled for deletion: signing in within 30 days displays an option to Restore my account so you can reactivate everything immediately.
